I've helped countless clients pick colors they love, but color (and interior design in general) is still a subjective art and not everyone's eyeballs perceive color the exact same way. What looks fantastic to me may look horrible to you, or you may have a highly unusual color situation in which I am truly stumped. Obviously I don't want you to feel disappointed and upset, so my Satisfaction Guarantee is this:

If you have purchased a Color Consultation package, tried the sample jars of all three recommended colors using the methods outlined in the Paint Sampling and Ordering sheet, and you're unhappy with all of them, please contact me by 6:00 pm (Arizona Time) of the 14th calendar day after your initial appointment and we'll schedule a complimentary second visit. From there, I'll reanalyze and recommend up to three additional colors, and if you try those sample jars within 14 days after that and still nothing looks right, email me photos of the problem and I will fully refund your package price so you can hire another designer.

I'm committed to providing the best service I possibly can and squeezing every idea out of my brain to solve the most difficult color puzzles, but ​even Michael Jordan missed 12,345 shots in his 15-year career. Hopefully I won't be refunding THAT many people...
